Adding event media content

When creating a new event in Toddoo, you’ll find the Media Setup section. Here, you can upload all the visuals that will bring your event to life: Event Image, Event Logo, Website Banner, Footer image, Favicon image, and Terms & Conditions.

Toddoo is a fully responsive platform, so your images won’t be rejected for size. However, using optimized sizes will help your event page look its best on all screens.

Let’s go through the recommended sizes for each media type:

• Event Image – This image identifies your event within Toddoo. Recommended image size: 420 × 280 pixels.

  
  

• Event Logo – Appears in the exhibitor landing page to show your organiser’s branding. Recommended image size: 210 × 140 pixels.

  
  

• Event Website Banner – Displays as the welcome banner at the top of the exhibitor landing page. Recommended image size: 1920 × 350 pixels.

  
  

• Footer Image – Appears in the bottom-right corner of the exhibitor landing page footer. Maximum height: 140 pixels. Recommended image size: 350 × 140 pixels.

  
  

• Favicon Image – This is the small icon shown in the browser tab. Minimum image size: 48 × 48 pixels.

  
  

• Terms & Conditions – You can upload your documents here. Accepted formats include PDF, TXT, Word, and PowerPoint.
