Add or change library image for an existing library item.

Need to update or change a product image in your library?


Here’s how to do it quickly in the Organiser Portal. Start by opening the Library from your sidebar. Use the Search field to find your item, and if it’s archived, enable Show archive to include it.

Once you’ve found the item, open it to view the details. In the Images area, you can easily switch the main image. Just select the one you want and set it as the default. Confirm when asked, and that’s it!


If there’s an image you don’t need anymore, click Delete and confirm to remove it.

Need to add a completely new image?

Go back to the Library list and click + Upload Bulk Images. Choose your file, and make sure the filename matches the item’s SKU so Toddoo can link it automatically. Once uploaded, return to your item and set that new image as the default.


For optimal display in the exhibitor portal, the suggested minimum dimensions for a library item image are 450 x 295 pixels.

Finally, return to the Library overview and check the item tile. The updated image should now appear. It only takes a few minutes to keep your library visuals up-to-date and accurate.



Step-by-Step Quick Text Guide

  1. Open the Library from the Organiser sidebar.

  2. Use Search to find the item. Enable Show archive if needed.

  3. Click the item tile to open its details view.

  4. In the Images area, select the desired image and mark it as default.

  5. To remove an image, use the delete control and confirm.

  6. To add a new image, return to Library and click + Upload Bulk Images.

  7. Select your image file(s) — make sure filenames match SKUs.

  8. Complete the upload, then open the item again and set the new image as default.

  9. Return to the Library list and confirm the new image appears on the item tile.



Common Mistakes & Fixes

  • Image uploaded but not showing → The filename doesn’t match the SKU. Rename it to match and re-upload.

  • Wrong image appears on tile → Open the item and set the correct image as default.

  • Can’t find the item → Use Search and enable Show archive if needed.

  • Accidentally deleted an image → Re-upload the image file and reassign it to the item.

  • Upload failed → Check that the image file is in a supported format (JPG or PNG) and not too large.

  • Uploaded multiple images to the wrong item → Delete the incorrect images and re-upload with correct filenames.

Which file types does Toddoo support?

Do I need to save after changing the default image?
