Add Images to Options of an Existing Library Item

This guide shows you how to add images to option values of an existing library item in the Toddoo Organiser Portal. Adding images helps your item options display the right visuals in the Exhibitor Portal views.

Before you start, make sure the item already exists in your Library, and that you have the correct images ready or access to the shared media library.

You’ll open the Library in the sidebar menu, locate your item, click on it to edit, go to the Media tab and upload all your product options images. Once uploaded, go to the Options tab, click on the option you want tu update, click on Change picture and choose the right media, assign it to each option, and then save your changes. Remember to save each option update, and then save in the main options tab.

That’s it—your library item options now show the right images for a better user experience.

1. Open the Organiser Portal and go to the Library area.
