This guide explains how to add a new item to your Library so it’s ready for use in shops or quotations. You’ll define pricing, accounting, and media so the item looks and works correctly.
Step-by-Step Quick Guide
1. Open the Library area from the left menu.
2. Click + Add Library Item.
3. Enter the item Name and select Type (product or service).
4. Save to open the details view.
5. Add price, currency, and unit.
6. Assign Product Group, Ledger Account, and VAT Type.
7. Add Description and upload an image in Media.
8. Save your work and check the item status is Active.
Common Mistakes & Fixes
Price entered with commas → Use numbers only.
No currency set → Confirm the correct currency before saving.
Wrong VAT type → Verify with finance before saving.
Missing image → Upload it in Media.
Item not visible → Ensure it’s Active, not Archived.

A: Yes, use the bulk upload with the formatted CSV template.
