This tutorial explains how to add or edit available timeslots for a booking resource in the Toddoo Organiser Portal. This process ensures that rooms and symposium resources can be booked at specific times. You’ll navigate to the Bookings section, open the desired resource, create or adjust a time slot, and save your changes. Make sure you have organiser rights and that the resource is Active before starting. Once completed, the new timeslot will appear in the schedule, ready for booking.

Step-by-Step Quick Guide
1. Open the Organiser Portal and sign in.
2. Go to Bookings in the left resource bar.
3. Open Booking resources and select the target room or symposium.
4. Use the mini-calendar to select the working date.
5. Click Add time slot to open the time-slot editor.
6. Choose the Time Type: Bookable, Peak, or Off-peak.
7. Set the Date, Start time, and End time.
8. (Optional) Enable Repeat and configure Repeat every, Period (Day/Week), Repeat on days, and Repeat until.
9. Click Add to stage the block in the schedule preview.
10. Click Save to confirm the new slots.
11. Verify the new block in Week or Day view.
12. To edit, delete the incorrect block, add a new one, and Save again.
