This guide walks you through adding a booking resource in the Organiser Portal so that it becomes available for scheduling in Bookings. Before you start, ensure the correct event is active and you have edit rights for Booking. You’ll open the Bookings area, go to Booking resources, add a resource by selecting an entity and item, confirm the auto‑generated name, and save.
