This tutorial explains how to track the status of an order in the Toddoo Organiser Portal so you can monitor its progress from ordering to delivery. You’ll open the Order Fulfillment area, apply filters, and review the order details and progress stepper. Ensure you have access to the Organiser Portal and permission to view Order Fulfillment before starting. Once complete, you’ll be able to confirm each order’s current stage, delivery state, and timestamps.

Step-by-Step Quick Guide

1. Access the Organiser Portal from Your Routes.

2. Go to the Order Fulfillment area.

3. Open the filter area to display available options.

4. Select one or more Status filters to narrow results (e.g., Ordered, In Process, Delivered).

5. Optionally add Start Date, End Date, Event, Customer, or Supplier filters.

6. Apply filters to refresh the list of matching orders.

7. Select an order to open its detail view.

8. Review Status and Good Flow Status at the top of the page.

9. Check Order Date, Invoice Date, SKU, Shop, and Supplier details.

10. Use the stepper to trace progress through all stages (Ordered → Delivered).

11. Export the results to CSV for reporting or sharing.



Common Mistakes & Fixes

Opened the wrong area → Return to the Organiser Portal and open Order Fulfillment.

Empty results after filtering → Clear or broaden Status and Date filters, then apply again.

Misread order stage → Use Good Flow Status and the stepper to confirm progress.

Date format errors → Use the built-in date picker to ensure valid format.

Missing permissions → Ask an admin for Order Fulfillment access.

Viewing wrong environment → Confirm you’re in the correct Organiser Portal route for the event.
