This guide walks you through setting a base image in the Floorplan view so that the image appears as the background. You’ll need an existing event with Floorplan access and edit rights. You will open the Floorplan area, choose the desired plan, set the base image, position it, and save. The result is a visible background image in the Floorplan URL.
Estimated duration: 2–5 minutes.
Tip: keep the image’s aspect ratio consistent with the venue layout, and save after each major change.
Step-by-Step Quick Text Guide
1. Open the Exhibition area and select Floorplan.
2. Choose the target floorplan from the selector panel.
3. Open Main Controls on the right side.
4. Click Base Image.
5. Upload or pick the base image from existing files. PNG or JPG for the best results
6. Adjust size, position, and rotation for proper alignment.
7. Click Save.
8. Open the Floorplan URL to verify the background.
