This tutorial explains how to upload multiple library items at once using a CSV template in the Toddoo Organiser Library area. This process is ideal for organisers managing large catalogues of products or services who want to save time. You’ll open the Add Library Item view, download the official template, prepare your rows in a spreadsheet, upload the CSV, and confirm the import. Ensure you’re signed in to the Organiser and have the provided formatted.csv template before starting. Once complete, your Library will display the newly added items ready for editing or use.

Estimated time: 10–20 minutes (including template preparation and upload)

Tip: Keep item names clear and consistent, and use the same Type value (product or service) across rows for accuracy.

Step-by-Step Quick Text Guide

Step 1 – Open the Library area

In your Organiser dashboard, go to the left menu and click on Library.

Step 2 – Add Library Item

At the top right, click on + Add Library Item to open the Add view.

Step 3 – Download the template

Select Download formatted.csv to get the official template. Save it to your computer.

Step 4 – Prepare your data

Open the downloaded file and fill in each row with your items.

The Name and Type fields are mandatory.

Use “product” or “service” for the Type, and keep it consistent.

Add a SKU if you plan to upload images later.

Step 5 – Upload the CSV

Go back to Toddoo and click Upload CSV list.

Choose your completed CSV file and confirm. Only .csv files are accepted.

Step 6 – Verify the import

Once the upload is complete, return to the Library view. Check that all your items appear correctly and are assigned to the right Type.

Step 7 – (Optional) Upload images in bulk

If you want to add images, click Upload Bulk Images from the Library header. Make sure each image file name matches the item’s SKU — that’s how Toddoo connects them automatically.

Common Mistakes & Fixes

Non-CSV file → Make sure the uploaded file ends with .csv. Export from your spreadsheet as CSV format.

Invalid Type values → Use exactly 'product' or 'service' for the Type field.

Missing SKU for images → If you plan to bulk upload images, include SKU values in your CSV.

Edited template headers → Do not change the column headers in the provided template to avoid import errors.
