This tutorial shows you how to share event manuals and files in the Toddoo Organiser Portal, so your customers can easily find and download them. You’ll open your event, go to the Manuals and downloads tab, and upload your files with titles and descriptions. You can also choose an image for each file and set the display order. Once published, customers will see each manual as a card they can click to download. The process takes about five minutes. Make sure your filenames don’t include special characters and decide the order of items before adding them.

- Open the Organiser Portal.
- Go to the Events section.
- Select the event you want to manage.
- Open the Manuals and downloads tab.
- Click Add manual or download.
- (Optional) Upload a cover image.
- Enter a Name — this is the title customers will see.
- Enter an Order number — this sets the card’s position.
- (Optional) Add a short Description.
- Upload the document file you want to share.
- (Optional) Toggle Active to publish the manual.
- Click Add to save.
- Confirm the new manual card appears in the list.
