How to Find Customer Uploads

This guide walks you through finding files uploaded by customers for your event in the Organiser Portal. You need access to the Organiser Portal and a selected event. You’ll open the event, go to Uploaded by Customers, apply filters if needed, and download or export files. The result is either a downloaded file or a CSV export with all filtered uploads.

Tip: use date filters to narrow results and always confirm you’re viewing the correct event.

- Open Your Routes in Toddoo.
- Click the Organiser Portal tile.
- Open Events from the organiser menu.
- Select the correct event.
- Go to the Uploaded by Customers tab.
- Apply filters if needed.
- Click on the file row to download each file, or click Export to generate a CSV overview.
Common Mistakes & Fixes
- Wrong area → You’re in another portal. Go to Organiser Portal.
- No results after filtering → Remove or widen filters such as date or file type.
- Wrong event → Check the event name at the top and change if needed.
- Invalid date format → Use valid dates for Start Date and End Date.
