This guide walks you through finding exhibitors in the Organiser Portal so that you can review and export exhibitor data. You need access to the event route in Your Routes and the Exhibitors view. You will open the event, select Booths, switch to Exhibitors, search, review the list, and export CSV. Result: a complete CSV of exhibitor data for the event.

Tip: use Keyword to filter; switch tabs to show the Exhibitor export.
Step-by-Step Quick Guide
- Open Toddoo and go to Your Routes.
- Enter the event’s Organiser Portal route.
- In the menu, select Booths. /
- Confirm the Event booths or Exhibitor lists view opens.
- Activate the Exhibitors tab.
- Use Keyword to filter results.
- Review the exhibitor list.
- Click Export exhibitors to CSV.
