This tutorial explains how to create a quotation for a customer in the Toddoo CRM. Creating a quotation allows you to send formal offers with prices, items, and terms to your clients. You’ll start a new quotation, add customer and product details, apply prices or discounts, and publish or send the quotation.

Step-by-Step Quick Guide

1. Open the Organiser Portal and go to the CRM section.

2. Select Quotations and click to create a new quotation.

3. Select the customer you want to create the quotation for.

4. Add the quotation title, validity date, and currency.

5. Add items or services with their respective quantity and unit price.

6. Apply any tax, discount, or custom terms required.

7. Save and preview the quotation to review details.

8. When ready, click Send or Publish to share the quotation with the customer.

No customer selected → Select a customer before saving the quotation.
