This guide walks you through creating an invoice from an accepted quotation in the Organiser Portal so that your customer receives it by email. Before you start, make sure the quotation is accepted and includes the correct customer branch and contact person. You’ll open the quotation, launch checkout, choose the payment method, optionally enable email sending, and confirm. The result is a generated invoice and, if selected, an automatic email sent to the contact.
Estimated time: 2–4 minutes.
Tip: verify the contact person’s email and invoice address before confirming. Choose “Instant invoice” for immediate billing.
Step-by-Step Quick Guide
- Open the accepted quotation in the CRM quotations view.
- Click Checkout in the quotation cart section.
- Choose the Payment method.
- Enable Send invoice automatically by email (optional).
- Click Confirm to create and send the invoice.
Common Mistakes & Fixes
- Navigated to the wrong area → Ensure you are in the quotations area viewing the accepted quotation.
- Required fields empty → Choose Payment method and verify branch and contact person are set.
- Quotation not accepted → Accept the quotation first, then retry checkout.
- Invalid VAT or date format → Correct values before confirming.
- Missing permissions → Request invoicing rights from your organiser admin.
- Email not sent → If automatic email was disabled, resend manually from the invoice view.
