From Monday 10 August 2026, signing up to Toddoo as an exhibitor becomes clearer. Instead of entering company details straight away, you first choose how you want to connect to your company's Business Account: your company's shared account inside Toddoo.
Four ways to get started
When you sign up, you can choose from four options:
Create a Business Account
Join an existing Business Account
Join with an access code
Continue to the routes screen without joining or creating anything yet

You can also open an event directly through its event URL. Sign in, connect to your Business Account, and you are in within a few clicks.
Option 1: Create a Business Account
Use this option when your company does not have a Business Account in Toddoo yet. You will be asked for the following company information:
Field | What to enter |
Company name | The legal company name, as used for invoicing |
Website URL | The official company website |
Country | The country where the company is registered |
Note that Toddoo asks for legal company information here, not your event profile or exhibitor display name.

After you enter the details, Toddoo checks whether a similar company already exists. If possible matches are found, you will see them first: select an existing company to continue through the join flow, or continue creating a new Business Account if none of the suggestions are correct.
You then complete the fiscal identity setup, and a final summary screen lets you check the legal name, website, and country one last time before the Business Account is created.

Option 2: Join an existing Business Account
Search for your company using its legal name, website, and country of registration. If you find the correct company, send a request to join its Business Account. The Business Account coordinators are notified and can review your request. If you cannot find your company, you can continue to the creation flow instead.

Option 3: Join with an access code
A Business Account coordinator at your company can invite you directly by sending an access code. You receive the code by email, enter it during sign-up, and join the Business Account immediately. No searching or company matching is needed. This is the fastest way to join.

Option 4: Continue without joining
You can also continue to the routes screen without creating or joining a Business Account. This is useful when you want to look around first, are not sure which company to connect to, or do not yet have the right information. You can always join or create a Business Account later. This way you also avoid creating incorrect company data.
What is a Business Account coordinator?
A coordinator is someone who helps manage your company's Business Account. Depending on the permission setup, coordinators can:
Review requests from users who want to join the Business Account
Invite colleagues, send access codes, and assign members to the events they work on
See relevant access information
Help colleagues get connected to the right company account
A clearer routes screen
After signing in, the routes screen shows you more clearly:
Which Business Account you are connected to
Which event portals and routes are available
Where access is missing, and where you can request it
Which colleagues may already be connected
Which actions you can take next
Working with several companies?
You can be a member of more than one Business Account. After signing in, simply switch to the right account and its events and portals appear.
Stuck during sign-up?
The routes screen will usually show your next step: join a Business Account, wait for coordinator approval, request portal access, use an access code, or contact the right person inside your company. If you still cannot continue, contact Toddoo Support.
