How to create a shop in Toddoo?

Creating a shop in Toddoo takes just two minutes. Here’s how:
Step by step guide:
1. From your dashboard in the organiser portal, click “Manage shops” in the left menu bar. Here you’ll see the overview of all your shops. To create a new one, click the “+ Create shop” button at the top right.
2. A pop-up window will appear asking for your shop name. This name will be visible in the exhibitor portal, but don’t worry, you can change it later if needed. Once ready, click “Create shop.”
3. Next, you’ll be taken to the shop details page. Fill in the shop’s email and phone number. This information will be used for the products "on request". Then, select the dates when you want your shop to be open.
Under the response team overview, you’ll see which teams have access to the shop. Your teams are automatically included.
Finally, choose your shop currency and VAT number, then click “Save.” Remember, you can change the currency and VAT until the first invoice is issued. The VAT numbers available are the ones already linked to your organiser profile. To add a new VAT number, go to Settings > Manage Partner.
And that’s it! Your shop is ready to be filled!
