This guide shows how to add a new ledger account in the Organiser Portal. You’ll learn where to find the finance area, how to create the account, and how to confirm it’s ready to use. Before starting, make sure you have organiser and finance permissions.

Step-by-Step Quick Guide

1. Open Toddoo Live and go to the start area.

2. Select Toddoo for Organisers from the left menu.

3. Choose your route tile under Organiser Portal.

4. Open System Settings to reach configuration options.

5. Find the Ledger Accounts section under Finance.

6. Select Add or New and fill in the account details.

7. Save your changes and confirm the account appears in your finance list.



Common Mistakes & Fixes

Opened the wrong route → Return to the correct Organiser Portal route before adding.

Missing required fields → Complete all required fields before saving.

Forgot to publish → Check if your environment requires a Publish action.

No permissions → Ask your administrator for finance access.
