How to Find All Booths and Corresponding Data to an Event

This guide walks you through finding booths for an event in the Organiser Portal so that you can review and export all booth data. You need access to the event route in Your Routes and the Booths area. You will open the event, switch to Booths or Exhibitors, search, review the list, open details, and export CSV. You finish with a CSV you can share or analyze.

Tip: use the keyword field to narrow results; switch tabs to access exhibitor data.



Step-by-Step Quick Guide

- Open Toddoo and go to Your Routes.

- Select the event’s Organiser Portal route.

- Click Booths in the event menu.

- Ensure the Booths tab is active.

- Search with Keyword if needed.

- Review the booth list.

- Click a booth card to open details.

- Switch to Exhibitors for exhibitor data.

- Click Export booths to CSV.

- For exhibitors, click Export exhibitors to CSV.


Common Mistakes & Fixes

- Wrong area → Enter the event’s Organiser Portal first.

- Wrong tab → Switch to Booths when viewing booth data.

- Empty results → Clear the keyword field and retry.

- No CSV download → Use the matching export button for the active tab.
